Shame on You

BuSSy organized two consecutive storytelling workshops, in collaboration with Shereen Zoumot, in Jordan and Egypt respectively. The workshops set about to explore the the shame surrounding certain topics that are considered taboo, especially when women talk about their experiences with harassment and assault. A final performance will be produced out of the participants’ personal stories collected during the workshops.

Caring for the Caregivers

BuSSy traveled to Fayoum to organize a two-day workshop with team members from 5 partner organizations. The workshop provided a space for 10 caretakers to explore the concept and tools of self-care and well being. In addition, the workshop introduced the participants to basic self-care ideas to help them manage the daily stress. The workshop is part of a project held in collaboration with Drosos, and incubated by MADEV.
