I used to hear a lot about harassment but I never imagined it would happen to me.
I was sitting in a microbus when he stuck his arm out from behind me and touched my shoulder.
A little later, he did it again, and when I shouted at him, he said very coolly: "I didn't mean to."
I kept shouting and shouting and I was astonished that no one else said anything.
Only one guy exchanged seats with me and I came to sit right behind the driver.
I don't know why but I found myself crying.
The driver pulled over to let the harasser out, but he wouldn't get off.
I told the driver: "Leave him, I'll file a harassment report against him."
Everyone told me, "Have mercy; you'll ruin his life," and stuff like that. I was adamant. Only one guy said, "I'll come with you to testify."
I arrived at the police station and the guy who was supporting me got out with me and dragged him from his shirt.
I called my family when I reached the police station. I felt very happy when they arrived, that I wasn't alone and I won't be scared.
My family, however, reproached me, because how dare I file a harassment report in my name; all he did was touch your shoulder and nothing else!
