I used to like it when my male managers called me a “man”
in their attempt to describe me as a reliable and efficient employee.
Who doesn't carry their emotional baggage (shit) to work?
Over the years, I realized that there's an unmatched beauty in the vulnerability women introduce to a workplace.
They just have a way of making it more human, genuine, and original.
Now, when someone wants to praise me,
they say they feel like the office has a mama who'll take care of it.
