What's Up, Magdy?

Imagine that you’re a teenager, 13 years old, and you’re mocked nearly every day at school
because you weigh too much.
On top of that, imagine some of the stupid things that your classmates and teachers say,
Like, “What’s up Magdy?”[Magdy is the name of an overweight character in a film played by Ahmed Helmy] and “What’s up, loser?”
Not to mention I looked like an elephant or a bear.

Back then, my friends used to come up and touch my chest.
My mother and father used to say things like,
“You’ll never find someone to marry you.”
“Are you going to remain fat like this?

Do you think I can live and feel okay with myself after all these discriminatory words and actions?
Do you think I can befriend a new group of friends, because of these discriminatory remarks?
