Officially, we’re just friends, but we fooled around together once.

We flirted with the boundaries between friendship and something more.
We couldn’t look at each other during it.
We avoided each other after that.
Because we both felt that something weird had happened between us that we couldn’t talk about.
We were both reassured when we decided to act like nothing happened.
We would sometimes look at each other and not say anything.
We knew what we did, but we didn’t talk about it.
It’s funny how the whole thing passed smoothly just because we didn’t talk about it.
But if the same thing had happened with other people and they talked about it,
It could have made a huge difference in their relationship.
They might have stopped being friends or might have got together.
I think that when two bodies connect and it’s not talked about, it’s like it never happened.
